Rick Vaughn

Rick Vaughn has worked in the real estate industry for 48 years in the field of general brokerage and real estate development and sales. Rick began developing town-home communities in the early 80s, and he helped design and begin the development of the Pennfield Townhome subdivision. This development stands out as one of the finest in the Triad, and it is nearly complete. Rick enjoys the outdoors especially his grape vineyard, which has been in his family for more than 200 years. He further enjoys fishing and hunting in other countries and locations.
