Rick Scardino
Rick Scardino has been a commercial real estate broker for more than 38 years. Rick joined Metro Commercial Real Estate in 2026 as a Principal. Rick has focused on all forms of retail brokerage including tenant and landlord representation as well as land and investment sales in the metropolitan Chicago market. Prior to joining Metro Commercial Real Estate, Rick was a partner and principal at Lee & Associates for 16+ years, helping to oversee their national retail division. Rick owned his own CRE firm, A?nity Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) for 6 1/2 years. Subsequent to ACRE, he was with Grubb & Ellis for 9 years. Rick started his career with the former Childs Realty Group, spending the initial 8 years honing his craft. Rick has a strong background in restaurant projects and land sales. Before entering commercial real estate, he spent 20 years in family owned restaurants. He has leveraged that experience to allow him to represent numerous restaurant concepts over the years either in expansion or disposition.
