Rick Principe

Rick Principe is Founder and CEO of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services, which was formed in 1969. Since that date, he has developed and renovated over 80 properties, including custom homes, residential and commercial condominiums, office buildings, industrial, shopping centers, and medical facilities. All construction and development is currently done through the TR Funding, a division of Westcord. Commercial brokerage and property management services are handled through Westcord Commercial Real Estate Group. Principe was Founder and former Chairman of Westlake Thrift and Loan in Westlake Village, California. Westlake Thrift and Loan was the first Thrift and Loan to receive FDIC Insurance from the Federal Banking Authorities. Mr. Principe has been an annual guest speaker at the Rotary Economic Breakfast and a key note speaker at California Lutheran University. He is past Chairman of the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Property Owners Association, and a past chair of the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Association. Under his leadership, The Thousand Oaks Boulevard Building Improvement District was formed and created the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Specific Plan (SP20).
