Rick Noll Graduate of Florida State University; Tallahassee, FL with a bachelor's in marketing and an Emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Rick was a 2-year president of the American Marketing Association in Tallahassee training and teaching students to use and make use of Marketing Plans. Rick chose to become a Commercial Realtor in Tampa, FL in 1997 where he has remained since. He is not only a commercial realtor but also a commercial investor owning assets from houses, a 150 child childcare to 30,000 sf downtown landmarks. He has been through almost every phase of commercial real estate personally from site selection through construction, rezoning, revitalization and sales; owner financing, lease options, SBA as well as conventional financing; well rounded to help almost anyone in need of his assistance. Rick has been a consistent Top Producer within the company and the industry (statewide and regionally) since 1999. Through 3 merger/ acquisitions when the company was Prudential Florida Realty; then as Arvida Realty Commercial Services; and then as Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Rick helped mentor & grow a S. Tampa 2 person team to almost 15 individuals, and then changed his focus to pair up w/ his initial Mentor Trainee through USF, Mike Braccia, to become Braccia & Noll; moving locations to the Westchase office to strive to eliminate the management roles and focus solely on sales and personal investments, and then most recently .
