
Rick Nash is a Principal at Avison Young’s Atlanta operations. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2014 , Mr. Nash spent 23 years at CBRE and 6 years at DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield. He has managed in excess of 3,000 corporate real estate transactions valued at over 3 billion dollars. In 1988, Mr. Nash led the effort to establish and develop the first true Corporate Services Account program in Atlanta. He designed and established the service delivery models for numerous Fortune 1000 corporations, including AT&T (and all subsequent divestitures) and Frito-Lay, both for whom he managed multi-market transactions for 20 years.
