Rick specializes in the investment acquisition/disposition, of manufactured home communities (mobile home parks) in Nevada. Rick entered the Real Estate profession over 36 years ago with a focus on retail and apartment properties. This led to many notable shopping center and apartment transactions in northern Nevada. In 1982, Rick bought his first mobile home park and has acquired three additional parks since then. Over the years, knowing more and more park owners has led to an expanded focus on the brokerage of manufactured home communities. Rick is considered to be “highly experienced” based on his brokerage experience and actual ownership of complex properties. Rick understands investment properties along with the associated marketing/sale process.
