Rick John has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience. With top salesman accolades the last eleven of thirteen years, Rick’s thirty-year plus career has been focused in the San Bernardino / Riverside County markets. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and served as the 1998 and 2014 President of the SIOR. During his career, Rick has been responsible for the marketing of 38,000,000 square feet of buildings and over 5,000 acres of industrial land with a transaction volume of well over one billion dollars.
