Originally from San Diego, he has been a San Francisco resident since 1984. He has a combined 23 years experience as a real estate broker, former Planning Commissioner and attorney. In the past 6 years, he has sold an annual average of $35 million in San Francisco real estate. This portfolio includes all property types: individual condominiums, single family homes, commercial buildings, mixed use buildings, vacant land and new loft and condominium buildings. He has represented hundreds of sellers and buyers and has also been a seller and buyer himself. He was a member of the San Francisco Planning Commission between 1997-1999. Among the projects he approved were the Asian Art Museum, SBC Ballpark, the highrises at 101 Second Street and 55 Second Street, the UCSF Mission Bay Campus and Housing and Catellus's 19th Avenue Townhome Project. A licensed California attorney for 18 years, he has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters. His legal expertise makes him comfortable with all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting, and interpretation. He is married with four children, a homeowner in San Francisco's Forest Hill neighborhood and a member of the San Francisco Olympic Club.
