Rick is a Senior Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he provides local and regional investment advisory for office and medical office properties. Since 2013, Rick has executed over $2.0 billion of transaction volume across various Texas and Louisiana markets. Prior to joining JLL, Rick was a financial analyst at Allied Advisors, specializing in the disposition, recapitalization and financing of office, hospitality, and retail properties. Before that, he was a senior associate with Ernst & Young’s real estate advisory services group.
