Rick Genthe

Rick has over 43 years of commercial real estate experience starting in 1982 as a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (CBRE) in Hackensack, New Jersey. Over the last 36 years, Rick has focused his experience working on the landlord representation/development side of commercial real estate starting with Lincoln Property Company/SJP Properties, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Gale & Wentworth, and again with Lincoln Property Company. During his career, Rick has negotiated over 825 deals totaling 9.8 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $2.19 billion dollars. Rick received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Over the last three years, Rick has completed 100 deals totaling just over 850,000 sq. ft. for a value of $450 million dollars. With this successful leasing activity, the overall occupancy for these properties currently exceeds 95% leased. Throughout his career, Rick has represented several prestigious institutional corporate clienteles including UBS Realty Advisors, AIG, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Cornerstone Realty – Mass Mutual Insurance, INVESCO, Principal Real Estate Investors, JMB, Prudential, AEW Capital, TA Associates, Cabot Partners, General Electric Credit Corporation, Nessel Development, Chopp Holdings and Delta Dental of New Jersey Inc.
