Rick’s extensive business background serves his clients well because of his extensive experience in transaction management, project management, and strategic planning. Rick focuses on the Downtown Denver market (CBD, LODO, Midtown and Capitol Hill, Platte Valley, Cherry Creek), the second largest office market in Colorado.
