Rick comes to Nordlund with nearly 30 years of business and real estate experience. Rick has owned and managed manufacturing businesses with up to $60 million in annual gross sales; built, financed, managed and sold over 200,000 square feet of industrial property; and participated in the telecommunications, medical and defense manufacturing and engineering industries. Prior to joining Nordlund, Rick was president and owner of Bartley Machine and Manufacturing Co., Inc., and prior to that Bartley R.F. Systems Inc. Mr. Bartley earned his B.A. at Middlebury College in 1986, J.D. at Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993 and completed the Harvard Business School Owner President Management Program in 2002. Rick is a member of the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce, Past chair of the Amesbury Carriage Alliance and Past Chair of the Economic Development Committee of the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce. Rick is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
