Rich Warner, CAI, AARE is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Warner is a graduate of the prestigious Missouri Auction School, considered the "Harvard of Auctioneering" by Newsweek Magazine and The Certified Auctioneers Institute at the University of Indiana. Mr. Warner graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.B.A. marketing concentration. Mr. Warner is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, South Jersey Bankers Association, Tri-State Commercial Alliance, American Bankruptcy Institute, New Jersey Bankruptcy Trustees Association, New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, Real Estate Cyberspace Society, Certified Commercial Investment Member (NJ, PA, DE Chapter) and the National Auctioneers Association. He has extensive background in commercial real estate and has successfully sold real estate using the auction method of marketing throughout southern NJ and southeastern PA for private sellers, government agencies and corporate clients. Mr. Warner is one of 222 people in the United States and Canada who are accredited with the coveted designation (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate. Mr. Warner has been the recipient of numerous sales achievement awards from The New Jersey Association of Realtors and Century 21 Corporation.
