Richard came to NG as a graduate in 1989 and since 2004 has concentrated on investment consultancy and brokering , portfolio evaluation and strategic property issues. he recently acquired the 250,000 sq.ft Alfreton trading estate for M& Real Estate from Standard life. In teh intervening period he has brokered the sale of the largest unit on the estate , the 81,500 sq.ft Nova building to a local occupier, and filled hte 50,000 sq.ft of void space with new lettings . bucking the recession the Alfreton trading Estate is now fully occupied. He has now transacted investments worth over £100m, in predominantly 'off market' deals in the office and industrial sectors securing value for both purchasers and vendors. By acquiring premises this way , he has been able to offer a greater degree of discretion , something the majority of private investor clients prefer
