Under Richard Snyder’s guidance, R.A. Snyder Properties has evolved into one of the most respected and innovative property management companies in San Diego California. During the last 30 years, the company has earned a leadership position in all aspects of the property management business, including branding, market penetration, and technological innovations. Mr. Snyder has experience in a broad range of agency representation in real estate, including the sale of single-family residences, apartments, commercial investments, office buildings, and mobile home parks, and the leasing of industrial and commercial space. Mr. Snyder participates in professional standards administration for the San Diego Association of Realtors and the California Association of REALTORS® for both ethics and arbitration. Rick has also trained real estate professionals on the intricacy of participating as a panelist for hearings for both ethics and arbitration. During his many years of involvement in organized real estate, Mr. Snyder has been an active member of the San Diego Association of Realtors as 1985 President, California Association of REALTORS as 1996 President and current director, National Association of Realtors as regional vice president and current director, California Apartment Association 2008 President, and the San Diego County Apartment Association 2009 President. Mr. Snyder received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University with a major in real estate. He maintains a California real estate broker’s license. He serves as a court-appointed receiver and is an active expert witness for real estate litigation.
