Richard Riddle

As Executive Vice President, Richard assists storage facility owners and sellers through a range of advisory services, including acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, asset valuation, and JV structures. He prides himself on understanding each client’s motivations and needs, to create a strategy that best serves their unique goals. It is Richard’s objective to build a personal connection with each of his clients to give them full confidence in the SkyView process. Richard is a former member of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition. Prior to joining SkyView Advisors, he assisted multiple members of the Fortune Global 500 in combating counterfeiting and piracy issues to protect their brand. He has consulted on corporate fraud and intellectual property rights issues on a worldwide scale. His previous experience allows him to take a client-centric approach to each transaction and understands the needs of both institutional and smaller family-owned entities. Richard also has extensive commercial and residential property advisory and operational experience through managing his family’s multi-national property portfolio. Richard was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela before moving to the Tampa Bay Area. He currently resides in St. Petersburg, FL.
