Richard Ramer

A licensed commercial real estate broker and licensed architect, Richard is regarded for his extensive knowledge and experience necessary for completing complex real estate transactions and healthcare construction projects. For more than two decades Richard has been at the center of design and construction, as well as property acquisitions for numerous healthcare REIT’s, medical groups and hospital organizations. Having designed over 150 hospitals, surgery centers, imaging centers, cancer treatment centers and medical offices throughout the US.and beyond, he understands the business of healthcare and the integral assets needed for a successful enterprise. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Fire Protection Association, and the California Ambulatory Surgery Association as well as the former chair of the Healthcare Committee for the American Institute of Architects, Ricahrd is sought out for his ability to integrate his architectural knowledge with the wide spectrum of requirements that are needed in successful property acquisition and project development. Richard is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. The foundation for his individual practice, which embraces sustainability, progress and the natural world, began while working for Lloyd Wright in Los Angeles. He headed the design and construction for a clinic in Borneo, part of Health in Harmony, a non-profit planetary health organization. Other affiliations include: American Institute of Architects, LEED Accredited, National Fire Protection Association and NCARB Certified. He is a licensed commercial broker in California and Oregon.
