Richard is the Managing Director at FG Burnett with overall responsibility for the day to day running of the business. Richard has over 30 years experience in the property market and is a retail sector specialist. A leading figure in the Scottish market providing agency, rent review, asset management and development advice to a variety of landlord and tenant clients. Richard is active on the High Street, shopping centres and retail parks as well as in relation to supermarkets and convenience stores. A member of the RICS Chairman’s Panel of Arbitrators & Independent Experts Richard is also past Chair of Aberdeen Inspired, Aberdeen City Centre’s Business Improvement District.
