Richard Negus

Richard joined Fleurets in 2003 after working for 13 years at Greene King plc where he was Head of Property for Greene King Pub Company. Richard is based in the London office and is responsible for all restaurant professional and agency work nationwide and is involved in corporate projects of all licensed property. Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, was elected Chairman of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society in 2008 and was a past Patron Supplier Committee Member of the Restaurant Association. He sits on Fleurets' Executive Board.
