Richard Minker

Richard D. Minker, CCIM served as Senior Director of CASE Commercial Real Estate, prior to its acquisition by Colliers International. He currently serves in the dual role of Colliers International as Senior Vice President specializing in Office Tenant Representaiton, as well as Senior Vice President of Colliers International Self Storage Advisory Services/North Texas specializing in Self Storage Brokerage since 1999 as an affiliate of the ARGUS Self Storage National Network. Previously, he was CEO of MINKERTRAHANT & Associates until their merger with CASE in June of 2011. In addition to his BBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Richard is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center with a Juris Doctorate Degree. In 1991 Richard received the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). With over three decades as a Tenant Representation Specialist, Richard has worked with and helped secure facilities for such nationally known companies as DynCorp Intl, Tyson’s Food, 20th Century Fox Television, Alcon Laboratories, Federal Express, and Delta Airlines. As a Self Storage Specialist for the last 15 years, he has brokered facilities for national companies such as Storage USA, U-Haul and CubeSmart among many other independent and regional operators. He has been involved in the Commercial Real Estate field since 1980 when he joined the Henry S. Miller Company as a Sales Associate. In 1983, Richard was promoted to Vice President/Manager of the Office Building Division of that firm. Richard has been recognized by the Society of Commercial Realtors for the Charles D. Tandy Realtor of the year in 2005. The Texas Association of Realtors presented him with the William C. Jennings for the Commercial Real Estate transaction of the year for the State of Texas also in 2005. In addition, he has been recognized as a Paul Harris fellow by the Rotary Club of Fort Worth. Over the years he has served on a number of boards in leadership positions.
