Richard Madison

With experience handling a diverse mix of real estate transactions, Mr. Madison has completed transactions in excess of $710 million throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Madison has been nimble and has expanded his services outside of the “traditional” real estate transaction lines into new and emerging trends, which include servicing lenders in a receivership capacity and marketing bank controlled assets. He has and continues to represent some of the largest names in this arena including LNR, Berkadia and others. Leaning towards the more “traditional” lines of business, Mr. Madison is responsible for the real estate development and strategic planning for some of the world’s leading corporations. A partial list of Mr. Madison’s clients includes: Avaya, Inc.; Nestle Nutrition; Barney’s; Forest Laboratories, Inc.; Computershare; Automated Securities Clearance; Nordstrom Inc.; Nippon Express USA, Inc.; Leggett & Platt, Inc.; The Donna Karan Company; BioMatrix, Inc.; Rapid Response Monitoring; Comverse; Goldman Sachs & Co. and Capital One Bank. Many of these clients have completed numerous transactions with him and benefit from his follow-through, strategic planning and real estate advisory skills. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Madison built his career in real estate with companies such as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Goldfarb and Tanzman Associates and Helmsley Spear, Inc. He was a recipient of Mack-Cali’s “Creative Deal of the Year” award for 2001. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Corporate Services Award given by the firm for 2010, 2009 and 2008. He is an active member of the Meadowlands and Hudson County Chambers of Commerce.
