Richard Luebeck is the Broker/Owner of Red Lion Realty Group. Richard has over 30 years of sales and negotiating experience and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission instructor. He built a business plan that is consumer centric and strives to go beyond consumer expectations. He is the preeminent real estate professional in his community and dedicated to providing the finest service available while breaking new ground. He will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. He constantly researches the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one. Richard also makes sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers. Richard grew up in Chicago, Illinois. From 1994 to 1995, Richard raced on the Team Polaris Watercraft Team and later in 1998 to 1999, he raced Ducati Superbikes. In 2001, Richard was brokering business with Dynamic Realty in Detroit, Michigan and Indianapolis, Indiana. Family drew him to Texas in 2003 where he became the General Manager of a Powersports Dealership in Katy. The following year, Richard obtained his Texas Real Estate License and in 2017, he established Red Lion Realty Group. In his free time, Richard is an avid drummer and enjoys quiet times his son and puppies.
