Richard LiCastri

Originally from Long Island New York, Richard's real estate career began by purchasing properties locally in 1987 for myself as investments. That turned into a move to South Florida where he first obtained his salesperson's license in 1988 and a year later a broker’s license. Subsequently, Richard entered the auction business where he obtained an auctioneer's license and was involved in the sale of close to 10,000 residential and commercial properties through large-scale “Ballroom” style auctions across several states and US territories. Richard moved back to NY in 2010 to pursue real estate here and through reciprocity was able to get his NYS broker’s license where his main focus became commercial sales and leasing at River Realty Services. While still active in the commercial, Richard enjoys the residential side of the business as well. Whether foreclosed or non-distressed properties, Richard has benefited from the constant flow of company business and referrals alike. Outside of real estate, Richard's main loves are cars, guitars, cooking, and his beautiful wife Rory.
