
A Phoenician since 1999 Richard is a new addition to the SVN team, but not new to real estate. He previously held positions for Triyar Entertainment, a division of Triyar Capital Real Estate as their Director of Technical Operations and CA Ventures and Campus Apartments as a Leasing and Marketing Manager for their student housing properties in Tucson, Arizona. Having spent the last 8 years living all over the valley Ricky is acutely aware of the flow of the city. He experienced the transformation of downtown Phoenix as it was developed from vacant parking lots into the high-rise multi-use commercial office space, entertainment venues and housing that stand there today. Having worked the entertainment district in old town Scottsdale he has seen first hand how the needs and wants of customers rapidly and repeatedly change and prides himself on having a strong understanding of this particular section of the industry and it's specialized needs. When not working and making connections Ricky enjoys spending time with his wife and dog in and around our great state. Having earned his Eagle Scout in the valley he truly loves spending time outdoors in all four corners. Hiking and camping the Mogollion rim in Payson, enjoying the weather and ski slopes in Flagstaff or spending time down in Tucson enjoying a University of Arizona game. There are not many things in this state that Ricky wouldn’t happily take advantage of in his free time.
