Richard Knightley

He has specialised for many years in commercial property agency disposal and acquisition work acting for a range of private and corporate clients from owners and occupiers to investors and developers. His clients include Schroders, Swiss Life, Hazlewoods, Dunmoore, Superdry, Astrid & Miyu and Balfe’s Bikes. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. Prior to setting up KBW in 2007, he trained and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Alder King and spent several years at Donaldsons LLP.
