He is the Broker-Owner of his own Real Estate Company, as well as founder and CEO of RFK Development Co, Inc. and is active in the Real Estate development business. First licensed in 1978, Mr. Kelsey specializes in consulting, sales, acquisitions and exchanges of transitional land and development properties.
