Mr. Juge has served at a State level as Chairman on the Commercial Industry Committee, LA/MS CCIM Chapter President, and Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metro Assn. of Realtors’ President. To date his accomplishments include being honored for the largest commercial office leases in ‘97, ’00, ’01, & ‘02, largest office sale of ’11 &‘12, the largest special purpose transaction in ‘98, the largest industrial leases in 2004, ‘05, & ’06, the largest industrial sale in ’10;, largest land sale in ‘14 and the largest retail sale in ‘09 by the Commercial Investment Division of New Orleans Metro Association of Realtors. Mr. Juge has ranked in the top 25 commercial agents in RE/MAX Worldwide for the last couple years and was recently inducted into their highest level of production by being recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the age of 41 and the Distinguished Service Award in 2007.
