ABOUT
Richard led the Mapeley Columbus team in the provision of asset management services to the freehold portfolio of High Street retail properties, together with the provision of real estate services to Santander UK Ltd under the residue of the 20 year structured sale and leaseback and outsourcing contract. Richard has an Bsc Honours degree in Urban Land Economics, has been a member of the RICS since 2000 and has over 20 years Real Estate and Asset Management experience in the UK and internationally with Sears, National Tyres, Barclays, Aedes, and Oxford City Council.
