Richard Guarino

Early on, Richard T. Guarino learned the streets of New York by installing and maintaining pay phones along a route that took him through The Bronx, Manhattan Brooklyn. Before long, he began his New York City Real Estate Career in 1999 at Extreme Realty where he was trained, at a young age, to broker deals. Thanks to his fierce ambition and incredibly approachable personality, Guarino quickly soared to success and completed hundreds of transactions. After just 4 years, he was promoted to Managing Partner of Extreme Realty LLC. In 2013, after 14 years of making deals, he made the move on to join Friedman-Roth Realty Services and was promoted to partner by 2015
