RICHARD F. We found him to be the ultimate professional in dealing with the recent sale of our Long Beach home. We were so impressed with how he stayed on top of everything and always stayed in contact with us no matter what time of day it was. Dick is a true "People Person" and we are so grateful to him for giving us the best Real Estate experience we have ever had. My family and I feel like we have a new life long friend.<br><br>02/21/2013 <br>Dick is am amazing person to work with. We had originally hired someone else and decided that he was not serving out needs. Thank goodness we did because there would have been no way that he would have been able to handle our transaction. <br><br>One thing I really appreciated about Dick more than anything was that he went and scoped out the house before we did so he knew if it would be good for us or not. Our other realtor would just tell us to meet him at every house knowing that it would not serve our needs. Dick would weed out the houses he knew we would not like in turn saving us a lot of time. He LISTENED and understood what we wanted and in the end made us go see a house we would have never considered. Low and behold we bought it, love it and can't wait to have him over for dinner. <br><br>Dick is not only honest, but he never pushes you if you do not feel comfortable. He goes out of his way in every matter and is immediate in getting back to you. In this market that is extremely important. He is very knowledable about the areas that he works in and really knows his facts. He was once the president of the National Realtors Association and still remains very active in regards to educating himself as well as others. <br><br>Dick is truly a find. We know that without him we would not have been able to purchase a house in this market in the exact location we wanted. Again, Dick never pushed us for something we didn't want.
