Richard has a broadly based commercial real estate practice with extensive experience in Investment Sales (Income producing Retail, Industrial, Office as well as Multi-Unit Residential) Richard joined the Commercial Division of Royal LePage in 1985 and within a few short years earned the designation of PRT (President’s Round Table) one of the companies highest achievement levels. Recognizing a strong need for a “Boutique Style Brokerage” Richard started Brixton Commercial Real Estate in 1992. He has built a firm which today is recognized as one of the premier brokerages in Ontario My philosophy is to develop a relationship with my clients, earn their confidence and trust and concentrate my efforts in focusing on deals they can be successful with as opposed to merely being a transaction driven broker. Recognized as an “expert” in commercial real estate by the Ontario Courts, Richard is qualified to provide expert testimony in legal cases involving commercial real estate. Richard is a 25 year honorary member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association, and Canadian Real Estate Association and has served on the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Commercial Executive Council as well as The Commercial Arbitration Committee.
