Richard is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with 8 years commercial property experience. Richard joins from Capita where his focus was Property & Asset Management for a large institutional investors; prior to this he held a similar role at JLL. Richard’s diverse experience of commercial property enables him to advise a broad client base on value enhancing asset management opportunities throughout the disposal and acquisition process.
