Richard Enthoven
Richard (Rich) Enthoven has served as CEO and President of EF Properties since 1992. Rich has enjoyed a highly successful career over the past thirty years. Throughout the course of his career, he has been engaged in a number of different industries and roles. Rich has lead numerous companies in the areas of retail electricity, telecommunications, information services, and real estate. Some of his prior positions include: - Repower, LLC CEO/Co-Founder (2005-2010) - Resident Data, Inc. CEO (2000-2003) - TSC Communications, Inc. President/COO (1997-1998) - Kwik Wash Laundries, Inc. President/Chairman/CEO (1991-1997) In addition to the above, Mr. Enthoven worked for eight years in the middle markets buyout group for Hunt Private Equity Group, served for three years as the liquidation officer for Lanelogic, Inc., and was the chairman for seven years for Cardsdirect, LLC. Rich graduated with both a MBA and BS in Economics and Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University. He is married to Tucker Enthoven and they have four children. His hobbies include running, cycling, golf, mountain climbing, skiing, and travel.
