Richard Drogosz is a Principal at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and is a partner in the Investment Sales Group. He has been at Mid-America Real Estate Corp. for twenty-five years. Mr. Drogosz specializes solely in the disposition and acquisition of retail real estate. His thirty-six years of real estate experience includes tenures at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, Grubb & Ellis Company, Bank of Montreal, JMB Institutional Realty Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Company’s Financial Services Group. Some of Mr. Drogosz’s career highlights include management of real estate assets for institutional investor held in form of REITs, involvement in the marketing and sale of approximately 90 million square feet of investment properties valued more than 10 billion with his fellow partners, development of strategic business plans for real estate investments and formulation of disposition strategies based upon quantitative and subject analyses, along with the management of a performing loan portfolio. A graduate of St. Mary’s College in Winona, Minnesota, Mr. Drogosz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the states of Illinois and Indiana, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
