Rich Dorfman joined SRS in 2020 with seven years of commercial real estate experience in net lease retail, single tenant and multi-tenant investment sales. He focuses on advising buyers through the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, advises investors through retail development, and works with franchisees through sale-leaseback transactions. He has closed over $250 million in commercial real estate transactions and represents more than $65 million in assets. Some of his notable transactions were for the following clients: Walmart – Summerville, SC, Heartland Dental – West Palm Beach, FL, 7-Eleven – Rosenberg, TX, Starbucks – Haverhill, MA and CVS – Hinesville, GA. Rich is a graduate of UMass Amherst where he studied at the Isenberg School of Management. He is an active member of ICSC and attends most regional shows across the country.
