Richard F. Czaja is one of the co-presidents and the general counsel at The Stahl Organization, overseeing the firms development and management arms. Czaja began his career as an attorney, working as a partner at the now-defunct firm Shea & Gould during the 1980s. He then joined the Stahl Organization as one of founder Stanley Stahl's top aides. As the head of the real estate firm, Czaja has maintained the organizations low profile, saying the firm doesn't need a website and that it eschews development quotas.
