Richard Clements brings over 20 years’ experience in banking and finance, previously serving as VP of Commercial Lending where he focused his efforts in the commercial and industrial space. In addition, he has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, having been involved with both foreign and domestic acquisition deals. Over the years, Richard has been affiliated with Fifth Third Bank, American General Financial Services and Ohio Valley Financial Group.
