Ballou a Woodbridge native started his career at the national commercial broker Marcus and Millichap out of Los Angeles, California. His efforts garnered him "Salesperson of The Month" twice within his first year, listing $20,000,000.00 worth of properties within his first month and does not include the other properties he was able to represent his own buyers on as well.
