For over 32 years, Rich has been one of Washington’s premier retail brokers. Born and raised in the Washington, DC area, Rich has an unmatched understanding of the market and what it takes for retailers to be successful in this dynamic trade area. In his career, Rich has completed over 1800 retail transactions with a value of over $1B. He is currently responsible for the leasing of 1.5M square feet of GLA. Rich has provided a wide range of leasing services for a number national, regional, and local retail tenants, including site location and lease negotiations. His client list includes: Wawa, American Eagle Outfitters, Aerie, Offline, Express, UpWest, Victoria’s Secret, Pink, Raku Asian Bistro, Tara Thai, Lucky Strike Social and Bath & Body Works. Rich has been responsible for creating successful marketing, merchandising, and leasing strategies for numerous projects, including Arts District Hyattsville, Woodyard Crossings, Woodmore Towne Centre, The Landing in Clinton, Sterling Place in College Park and Germantown Town Center. Additionally, he has successfully leased approximately 75 properties in Georgetown, one of DC’s prime retail hubs.
