Rick brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Caliber. He has executive experience on both sides of the commercial real estate table. This has uniquely positioned Rick to specialize in site searches and property development. He began his career in the family business -shoes. Altier’s Shoes was known for its quality products, customer service, employee training and community involvement. As President, Rick was responsible for day-to-day store operations and all aspects of company management. So where does real estate fit in? An interest in health & wellness introduced Rick to the needs of medical tenancies. This lead to an expanding role in site selection, joint venture partnerships, business development - in short commercial real estate. Rick is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School and SUNY Geneseo. He plays golf and hockey and enjoys time with his grandchildren.
