Rich leads all retail leasing activity for over 1.6 million square feet of real estate mainly in our Virginia portfolio. His primary responsibilities include sourcing new retailer relationships, negotiating all leases and lease-related documents, and strategic merchandising. Rich has been with Federal for over 20 years and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
