As a member of Monument’s retail division, Rich Sillery works to expand Monument’s Urban Retail Acquisition Plan portfolio through acquisitions, leasing, and private client investment sales representation. With extensive knowledge and experience in guiding clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges, Rich assists in identifying potential opportunities, underwriting and closing on retail assets in targeted markets throughout Washington, DC. Rich has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College.
