Rich Lobkowicz
Mr. Lobkowicz has over 6 years of commercial real estate experience covering the majority of the New England Market. Prior to joining District Real Estate Advisors, Rich served as Director of Leasing for Simon Property Group from 2015-2018. While at Simon, Mr. Lobkowicz was responsible for business development, targeting local, regional and national retailers, restaurateurs and experiential brands in their expansion within the Simon Portfolio. He oversaw all lease actions, property budgets, and asset management for The Shops at Chestnut Hill and Northshore Mall, where he spearheaded the transformative redevelopment project, “The Promenade.” His efforts were largely focused on completing the comprehensive pro forma, extensive Tenant outreach and pre-leasing the redevelopment prior to the start of construction. Key transactions include: Bancroft & Co., Tony C’s, American Eagle Outfitters, hop + grind, Caffe Nero and Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar. Prior to his time at Simon, Mr. Lobkowicz worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he established expansive market knowledge of Boston and Greater Boston markets, focusing on both Landlord and Tenant representation. In addition to Simon, he has experience working with several notable urban Landlords, including Millennium Partners, The Copley Group, Shorenstein, Boston Residential Group. Mr. Lobkowicz graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in European International Studies with a focus on Economics and a minor in Spanish. He is a licensed Real Estate professional in the State of Massachusetts and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Rich enjoys playing Golf, Fishing and Traveling and he currently resides in Boston.
