Rich Gumbiner

Richard is a seasoned real estate broker with over four decades of experience in the Bay Area commercial market. Since 1984, he has successfully represented clients in the sale and leasing of a wide range of property types, including apartments, mixed-use developments, retail spaces, office buildings, and residential development sites. His deep market knowledge and strategic approach have earned him a reputation for delivering results across both commercial and residential sectors. Richard holds a California DRE Broker’s License and earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, following a B.A. from the University of the Pacific in Stockton. In addition to his professional achievements, he actively contributes to the community as a member of the local flood zone advisory board.
