Rich Brown is the Real Estate Salesperson and Commercial Real Estate Investor at David Reid Real Estate. He has real estate licenses in California, Texas and New York, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science Teaching Biology. Specializing in industrial real estate, 1031 exchanges, deep research and far reaching market awareness, Rich’s tenacity, fairness and mathematical acuity have helped him succeed within our company. He is currently working on multiple 1031 exchange placements into leased industrial assets throughout the country, while also focusing on trustee work, property management and commercial leasing. While off the clock, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, volunteering at Church of the City New York and playing sports.
