Rich Baxter

Rich Baxter has been in Scottsdale since 1974 and is a third-generation Realtor. He received his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Arizona State University and his Master of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. Rich joined Realty Executives in 1990 and began selling real estate in Scottsdale and the neighboring communities of Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and Carefree, Arizona. With three decades of success in the business, Rich can offer useful insight into every aspect of home sales. Rich sold Barry Goldwater's estate and was selected by Don Hovde - the former president of the National Association of Realtors - to successfully market his Scottsdale home.
