Ricardo Rubiano

Ricardo Rubiano is the Principal of RubiGroup Capital with projects across south and central Texas. He brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience to his projects. Over those years, he has worked on mixed-use, retail projects and has been involved in other large scale projects, from design through construction, to leasing, in both the United States and Mexico. Rubiano is well-known as a commercial real estate expert in foreign national investments, and over the past 25 years, has gained national attention from his work with Mexican Nationals in purchasing income-producing real estate. He often speaks to regional and State organizations across the United States on the topic. Rubiano has served as the Senior CCIM Liaison to Mexico. He is a citizen of the United States and Mexico and has a bachelor in Science degree.
