Rhonda Panciro is Senior Associate in the office division of Colliers International and is responsible for office leasing, sales and build-to-suits. Panciro brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in commercial real estate marketing and brokerage. Prior to joining Colliers International, Panciro served as the Vice President of Leasing for Plise Development and Construction, where she was responsible for the marketing and leasing of a 1.5 million square-foot office and retail portfolio. Ms. Panciro previously represented Glenborough Realty Trust and The Pauls Corporation in their Las Vegas portfolios, working with such tenants as Marsh USA, Fidelity National Title Company, Community Bank of Nevada, Santoro, Driggs, Walsh, Southern Nevada Small Business Administration, to name a few. Panciro holds a bachelor’s degree from Scarsdale University, San Francisco. She is an active member of NAIOP and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Nevada.
