Rhonda Croney’s first real estate job started when she was about five years old. Raised by her grandparents who owned rental properties in the Dallas area, it was Rhonda’s job to add up the receipts for each property every month. Her earliest memories of real estate were climbing onto the chair at the dining room table and running “tickets” on the big adding machine with the pull down arm. Rhonda’s grandmother was a real estate broker and her grandfather was “Mr. Fix it.”<br>As an adult, Rhonda has bought, sold, flipped, and invested mostly in single family residential with some commercial investment fore’s.<br>Rhonda and her husband Calvin Weatherly own properties all around Texas and currently live in the Brownsboro area.<br><br>“It is my desire to help others succeed in real estate, whether buying, selling or helping others buy and sell. I don’t think of us here at BearStone Real Estate as sales people because we’re really not. We are purveyors of information and project coordinators. We work to help provide enough information to our clients so that they can make informed decisions and partner with them throughout the process.”<br>
