Rhett Pennington

Rhett Pennington is the founder of Capital Invest Group, specializing in commercial, residential, and multifamily real estate. He also owns and operates Capital Realty Investment Group Inc., a brokerage and property management company. With more than 17 years of experience, Rhett has built a diverse portfolio in real estate sales, investments, and development projects. His career began in entrepreneurship, with successful ventures in sales, marketing, and manufacturing before transitioning into real estate alongside his wife in 2008. Early on, he became an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and FSBO transactions. By 2010, Rhett earned his broker’s license and established Capital Realty Investment Group Inc., serving clients across South Tampa and neighboring markets. Rhett’s investment background includes acquiring and renovating rental properties, apartment complexes, and distressed homes, offering his clients unique insight into maximizing returns. His affiliation with Coastal Properties Group International and Forbes Global Properties extends his expertise to the luxury and investment sectors, providing elevated service and global reach.
